You’ll find all the ingredients needed in your local grocery store or farmers market to create these classic dishes while working alongside classmates as you practice making everything from the classic Roux, the importance of the “Trinity” extracting the best flavors from seasonings, how to prepare a slow cooked roux, smothering sauces, and seafood and chicken homemade broth, searing seafood to perfection and finishing with a flaming bananas foster dessert over ice cream. These small intimate classes have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 spots. Prices include all the ingredients required to create your menu of chose, wine or a local beer.
